Shocking footage showed the moment two youths engaged in a terrifying knife fight in an alleyway between a McDonald’s and a Burger King.

A group of about 13 men, mostly dressed all in black, were seen on the path, when one of them suddenly turned on another.

But things took a turn for the worse when one of group pulled out a huge blade and swung it towards his rival, which thankfully missed.

The pair then grappled, pushing each other around in circles in the broad daylight attack.

Four teenagers have been arrested and two charged following the incident last Friday, November 10.

Another youth was also seen holding a giant machete, as the pair separated.

They then jostle as the rest of the group back off.

Cars were seen driving by the fight on Bullsmoor Lane in Enfield, north London at around 4pm.

The alleyway, called Little Gate, has branches of the two fast food giants on either side of it.

Residents were quick to despair at the criminal behaviour, with one noting that incidents like this ‘happen on a daily basis’. 

One local said: ‘I despair at the way some of these young thugs behave. Abhorrent behaviour.’

Ryan Casey added: ‘My lovely hometown.’

Kiriakos Ktoris said: ‘And people ask me ‘Why did I move out of Enfield’?’

Josh Kelly added: ‘Happens on a daily basis, unfortunately, just doesn’t get talked about.’

Paul Hewton said: ‘Street fencing again.’

A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said: ‘Police were called to Bullsmoor Lane, Enfield shortly before 4pm on Friday, 10 November following reports of a fight involving a number of people.

‘It was reported that two individuals were seen to be in possession of knives. Officers attended the scene.

‘Four teenagers were arrested on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon and GBH. One of those had sustained a stab injury and was taken to hospital for treatment.

‘Two teenagers have been charged and remanded in custody.

‘The other two arrested were released on police bail.

‘Enquiries are ongoing.’
